Hi families! My name is Luz, and I’m 21 years old. I recently celebrated my one-year anniversary at Anna & Jack’s Treehouse, and I have been working in childcare for about four years. Before that, I also gained experience babysitting throughout high school, which is where my passion for working with children first began. I truly enjoy creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for kids. One of my favorite parts of childcare is seeing children’s personalities shine as they feel comfortable and happy in my care. I love building connections with each child, supporting their growth, and being part of their everyday learning and play. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors and getting fresh air. Whether it’s going for a walk, relaxing outside, or exploring new places, I always appreciate being in nature.
